We are centrally located in a secure, 24 hour building with complete physical access control. Our computer network uses firewalls, encryption technology and other security measures to protect customer data.

Real time data protection

In order to continuously protect our systems and customer data, Tab Service Company has a fully redundant data center and a tested disaster recovery plan in place. Our servers are replicated in real time to a geographically dispersed remote location and are continuously monitored.

We have a high availability system, so in the event of a server outage due to planned or unplanned events, there is a fail over mechanism that switches to a remote backup server and users are routed there. Recovery time is measured in minutes instead of hours or days.

Production level scanning for demanding applications

For our scanning equipment we use Bell and Howell 8125 scanners. These machines capture up to 125 images per minute. They produce high quality color, black & white and grayscale images and have a duty cycle of 60,000 pages per day.

Kofax Capture, our scanning and data capture software, is a leader in production scanning environments. This system allows us to set up complex scanning, forms recognition and indexing jobs very quickly. It also allows for extensive customization which permits us to deliver an outsourced scanning solution that fits your business.
